Preparations before nose surgery

It is a must that you consult with us about all medications and stimulants that you are taking before the surgery.

What should I refrain from doing before the nose job?

Which medications am I allowed to take?

From 10 days before the operation, you must not take any blood-thinning medication, such as aspirin/ibuprofen, multivitamins or vitamin E supplements (e.g.
effervescent tablets or capsules).

Alcohol before nose surgery?

Avoid consuming large amounts of alcohol 10 days prior to the operation.

Smoking before a nose surgery?

Smoking impairs healing in particular due to its vasoconstrictive effect. You should therefore avoid smoking for at least 10 days before the operation. You can find more information about Dos and Donts after a nose surgery here.
